@redditchrachel professionally, but 'don't talk crap mrs' is entirely the type of comment that will make her no longer engage with those of us who wish to raise genuine concerns in a productive way.
Thank you Matt. I am always eager to hear from my constituents and have had a number of conversations this morning, I will continue to do so and I personally read every piece of correspondence.
