I don’t believe Twitter should be a forum for unkindness or personal attacks so I don’t respond to those tweets. I always respond to Redditch constituents who email rachel.maclean@parliament.uk or call 01527 591334. Most policy queries can’t be covered In a tweet. Thank you.

Quite right re rudeness and personal attacks but a bit of debate would not go amiss especially when you post political comment otherwise it just looks like your using Twitter for PPBs. Just a thought?
Thanks for your thought! It’s usually genuinely a time issue:) just not enough hours in day to work AND keep up with Twitter which is why people can always get a full response in other ways
