    County lines drug networks are not welcome in or . Work ongoing daily within along with other agencies to disrupt those who come here to make a profit by exploiting vulnerable people and dealing in violence, misery and suffering.

    For the second day this week we have conducted plain clothes patrols with . Helping in the fight against drug supply. The message to the dealers is keep looking over your shoulder. You never know who might be watching. 👀

    The more cases of the variant we find, the better chance we have at suppressing it. I know this news is concerning, but thank you to everyone who are booking tests. Please get tested so we can find the variant & protect you and your loved ones.

    If you live or work in one of the identified areas then this is the only testing site that you should attend as they will be testing specifically for the South African variant. Even if you don't have symptoms you should still book a test.

    Following cases of the South Africa variant being identified in some parts of , a Mobile Testing Unit will be deployed to the Abbey Stadium today. If you opt to get a test at the Unit you'll need to book a slot. To book a test: 📞 119 💻

    I know my constituents will be concerned about the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines against coronavirus variants. It’s important to say the vaccines being deployed right now across the UK appear to work well against the COVID-19 variants that are currently dominant in the UK.

    I know the news of confirmed cases of the South African variant in Redditch will be concerning to my constituents, but it’s because of the testing capacity we now have that we can surge testing to local areas in order to contain outbreaks.

    I know this will be concerning to my constituents, but it’s because of the testing capacity we now have that we can surge testing to local areas in order to contain outbreaks. Please, if you live or work in one of the targeted areas in then take a COVID-19 PCR test.

    We are deploying additional testing in an area where cases of the variant first identified in South Africa have been found. Everyone in targeted areas of Redditch, Worcestershire should take a PCR test when invited. More info: ➡️
