Swedish for me, there lots of rules with verbs and I've lost it. I'm using Memrise and duolingo but I have discovered lessons on Spotify. What ya learning? :D
Out of curiosity, is anyone here learning any languages? Does anyone have tips on helping to improve and to exercise, especially when there's small amount of people nearby to practice with? I want to get good but fall on actual practice and decent resources (except Duolingo)

Yeah, that's the hardest part. Not necessarily the alphabet but sentence structures. I am learning Japanese again, then picking up Russian and British Sign Language. The issue is not actually practising with people but I didn't think about spotify! How's your Swedish now?

I want to pick up Japanese again. I found that immersing myself in the language (cinema, music, audio drama cds, reading material) helped a ton! Plus friends with a common interest also helps :)

a friend of mine had a pen friend through some app, he was studying Japanese as well and i think he good pretty good at it! (the friend wanted to learn English in exchange)

Learning Japanese very slowly. Using Memrise and Wanikani. Plus other resources like audio cd lessons and textbooks. It largely depends what kind of learner you are. Visual, audio, or kinetic.

I struggle more with audio so I say I work better with visual. However, that means that when I finally put theory to practice, it's like learning the language all over again. :/ I've also just signed up to Wanikani for when I have improved, thanks :D

Thanks! I am thinking of watching anime again, only this time with Japanese dub or sub (preferably dubbed). It will help with my current challenge, trying to expand vocabulary into comprehensive sentence structures as it's all quite broken at the moment.
