Does it have to be video games? I've been listening to the Thor Ragnarok and Strange Things 2 OSTs and they're great. Rocket League has one of my fave VG soundtracks, as does Scott Pilgrim v the World The Game

I tend to prefer games because it has a particular setting and they can be looped for a few hours, perfect for background music. Good shout on Stranger Things but I despite the countless hours on RL.. I shamefully haven't listened to much of their music. I'll change that shortly!

Give me your top 5/10 and we can work down the list? I tend to like a lot of ambient sounds with some mellow tracks as they are perfect for work. Battle/climatic scenes are good in the moment, but I am not fighting boss battles. :')

Firewatch, Last of Us, Mirror's Edge, Silent Hill, the more ambient songs from Bioshock games...Borderlands, Assassins Creed 2, Little Big Planet, Portal... :) I listen to a lot of game soundtracks too :')

Firewatch is a stunning game so that definitely makes the list. Little Big Planet is also a great suggestion, as well as Borderlands, Portal and Assassins Creed. Let me know if you think of more and I'll add these to my playlist!
