I bet. I always look for the Art jobs which seem to be hard to get into so working somewhere else in the industry is getting more appealing
That always goes back to what the project itself is as It's not always down to level of skill. What are you thinking of transferring to?

Honestly no idea but Ive been applying to art jobs for the past 10 years and nothing so I figure its time to try something else/new

I made a transition myself (albeit it was in early days) and it was the best decision I ever made. It can be an incredibly exciting thing :D
