We are coming up on one year of work from home. One year! What are some things you've learned since about yourself or life or anything in the last year?

Surprisingly, actively take more time for the things you love doing and for yourself. Just because you're at home, doesn't mean you're suddenly entitled to more opportunities at things. You feel the tiredness faster so it's important to keep yourself in check.
And to follow from this, I've learned to appreciate the loves that I have. Even if it's small, I've tried to nurture those passions but also take breaks when I need them. This is still something I'm trying to learn..
