Not gonna lie, the past two weeks have hit me really hard. Nothing terrible has happened but mentally I'm checked out. Gonna give today another go; get a face mask and a hot chocolate. Does anyone have any advice getting out of this mentally draining hole?

Like what everyone else says here but just be kind and gentle on yourself as much as you can. Do things that give you joy but also don't have to take much energy (e.g. plant care for me) to just get away and distract for 5 mins. Also walks too.
