I'm honestly thinking about doing a full no-news, limited social media ban this weekend. Going to try and switch off and see if I can do this a little bit more long term for my own peace of mind.

I'm on the fence with Instagram, hovered over the delete button a few times... I find the adverts too spookily close to things I've said out loud even though I've turned off mic access!!
on Facebook... Deleted my account about 6 months ago and it's been wonderful!Oh geez really? Have you seen Social Dilemma? I've yet to see it but heard a lot of scary things about that
