I'm honestly thinking about doing a full no-news, limited social media ban this weekend. Going to try and switch off and see if I can do this a little bit more long term for my own peace of mind.

I recommend killing Facebook, been nearly 3 months since I last logged in and am nowhere near as angry and sleep a million times better. Ignorance is bliss.
