News wise, I don't think I can. But Facebook definitely - I never use it. I want to try and add times where I have no-phone moments and build from there.
I'm honestly thinking about doing a full no-news, limited social media ban this weekend. Going to try and switch off and see if I can do this a little bit more long term for my own peace of mind.

I recommend killing Facebook, been nearly 3 months since I last logged in and am nowhere near as angry and sleep a million times better. Ignorance is bliss.

Yep, same. I literally said the words "life is far easier when you ignore the news for a bit sometimes" earlier today. Just seems to be one balls-up after another atm.

Yeah, and Instagram makes a nice sweet spot. I've turned it to private but even then I'm drifting from that (aside from my plants/drawing).

I check Facebook and Twitter once a day for notifications in the morning for work stuff and that’s it. My mental health improved a lot
