Mental health question here. Does anyone have any advice about how to balance your health when reading news? I want to keep up with what's going on, but it's feeling more and more like whiplash every time I read something about covid, our gov or anything else. 
That's one I haven't watched yet but I am eager/anxious to see what it's about. Any thing in particular you've learned from it?

Honestly, I have been pretty close to removing Facebook anyway, so this may be the final nudge I need.
