I started playing the new one and it's horrific for me since whatever game I play I always have to collect/do everything. I tried the time trials on the first level and knew straight away it's just not worth the stress!
I'm the same!!! And I tried the first time trial level and was pleased with my result @ 1.13s. To get platinum you need to achieve under 53s. I noped out fast.

Yeah I got the first two time trial medals or whatever they were but as soon as I saw the platinum one I just said "nope!" and moved on!
