Twitter! Would anyone be able to recommend video editing apps, especially for absolute beginners, as well as guides? Would be for both Microsoft laptop or Android phone.
Anything would be appreciated!

DaVinci Resolve(pc) is free and super complete if you're planning on doing some heavy editing. Learning on your own can be tough if you don't have experience with other editors but luckily there's plenty of really good tutorials on youtube. Plenty!
I think I'll need some tutorials if it's quite heavy at first, but this is one that also pops up a few times so I'll also have a look :D
