I sent a package to NL on the 18th and it is still in their depot.. it's a birthday present and for whatever reason it's sitting there. Going to be trying to phone them up myself today.

I guess thats reassuring that they seem to be having a major incident at the moment, but I know people who have bought stuff from the same NL shop after I ordered mine and they got their stuff already I wouldnt be bothered but its a live plant :/
