Oh, there was another time where I was a few months into a job where, although it was games, it was a 3D art role, and I brought up my hearing impairment. My boss asked why I didn't bring up my hearing impairment in an interview and that it's something that should be mentioned.
That instantly scared me thinking that I should bring up in an interview, though it will clearly affect the decision process and it's why it's only till now that I'm so vocal about it. Because of the people I met at Sumo and Climax, I feel that I can be comfortable with it.
