Oh, there was another time where I was a few months into a job where, although it was games, it was a 3D art role, and I brought up my hearing impairment. My boss asked why I didn't bring up my hearing impairment in an interview and that it's something that should be mentioned.
That instantly scared me thinking that I should bring up in an interview, though it will clearly affect the decision process and it's why it's only till now that I'm so vocal about it. Because of the people I met at Sumo and Climax, I feel that I can be comfortable with it.
I never even realized you had one until you told me in a conversation. It was never an issue before or after I knew if that means anything :)

Same here. I didnt realise until I mentioned in a meeting how we shouldnt just rely on only an audio queue to highlight something to the player as it wouldnt help those with hearing impairment. Never knew, never bothered me, never been an issue. 
That meant so much when you said that. It was the first time I ever heard that in a meeting!
