On a public forum, yes, but the chances are that people have spoken up within social circles but they just aren't believed. So there's gossip, rumours or, that person is known to be a creep and it's just who he is so it's accepted.
Talking from experience, non-work but I spoke up to friends but they all said 'but he's nice!', 'he's safe' (Bristolian thing) so it took me 10 years to do something about it because I was supposed to believe that it was fine. Those I trusted couldn't take it at face value.
It seems like its so deeply engrained that its normalized :( Hopefuly with everything coming to light, its the start of change.
