It's frustrating that this big movement also happened last year and yet people still act surprised that this is happening. It's not new information, it's just that more people are finding the courage to be vocal about it. Yet, still it's actually something already known.

Also seeing people giving speeches about telling what others should do, then also being called out as part of the problem. This is exhausting.
I wonder if people aren't speaking up because they're scared about lossing their job ... God knows its hard enough to get in the industry anyway. Predators using this power to their advantage maybe?
On a public forum, yes, but the chances are that people have spoken up within social circles but they just aren't believed. So there's gossip, rumours or, that person is known to be a creep and it's just who he is so it's accepted.
