It's shit, you're finding people you thought you knew are actually racist. I went on a sabbatical last night, but I can see it being a permanent delete. To be fair, this place isn't much better.
Yeah, I'm with you all on that one. I just don't actively engage as much on Facebook but I use messenger more as it means keeping in touch without dealing with the feed. Twitter is a little better with keeping up with current news, but my mental health has been spiraling lately.

I still use messenger, but you can close your Facebook account down and still have access to it. Both the online app but using http://messenger.com , and the messenger app on your mobile.

That sucks :( I've taken up cycling which has lifted me out of the mental abyss, if you're able to do that or walk somewhere it might help. It certainly gets you away from all the current stuff. I even picked elderflowers, what the damn is that all about?

@HexTank I just bought a new bike to help me clear my head... You can delete Facebook and still use messenger
