I couldn't be more proud to be in this industry and when I just simply told her to have a nice day as I walked off, I was then met with shouting. You do you, but I'm not changing this path for a damn thing, especially as it helps bring people together. 
Also, this was done with the most amount of social distancing possible. This person was incredibly invasive and would not let us walk away peacefully. ¬_¬
How are video games killing us?! What a bizarre statement to make! One of our neighbours used to be a bit like that
The same people who say video games are a problem will happily spend every evening, 7 days a week, glued in front of their television screens catching up on soaps, sports and old film reruns. And that's fine, it's what they enjoy doing. Let us also enjoy what we do with our time
Thing is, at this time in particular, sometimes people need other ways to maintain connection with friends and this is one of the biggest ways to do so. And even if we weren't in lockdown, it still brings joy. It's also incredibly naïve to assume it's so damaging.
So many positives of video games and benefits over other media, no point trying to discuss with some people though. Thanks for making awesome video games
