So important to find that reset button before going for another creative run, I love cycling back from work with no music on, completely resets my brain and music ofcourse when I'm at home :D

Absolutely and it's something I'm still learning, but I'm getting better with it. That sounds like a great idea too! A chance to slowly ease in and out of your day, focusing on the road ahead.
