      It's horrifying that it's hit the mainstream there, but it's genuinely refreshing that their media will actually publish pro trans stuff. I'd settle for 50/50 coverage at this point

      Scroll the Equality Act tend right now and just take in how different it is to how the conversation is presented in the UK. Exact same points being said, just no one pretending that transphobia is feminist or left wing

      Yup. A lot of it is because our right wing media infrastructure frequently ties other issues into the trans debate (like Sens. Tom Cotton and James Lankford bringing up *abortion* in today’s debate for some reason) which makes it SUPER CLEAR that it’s not a women’s rights issue.

      Some of the women who went to the anti-trans protest in DC are very anti-abortion. Not sure exactly how many but it seems like not a few people who showed up to that event were conservative Christians. There is definitely more and more GC/right-wing crossover going on.
