I'm sorry people have done that. Doing the kind of work you do is difficult and stressful. I totally get wanting credit for having taken the time to dig up that kind of information.

Go very slowly, take big breaks, try not to rely too much on things that numb the brain to get around it because that's not sustainable.
Yeah, I probably should take it easy more. Hard to at times because things look so bad it seems urgent to do something. I try to give myself space to deal with the intense feelings this works brings up, like meditating, journaling, venting to my husband, etc.

Very true. Doing our best to enjoy life despite all the shit thrown at us is a huge "fuck you" to the 'phobes.
