I think fascist ideology (especially the pagan strands) will get increasingly green and increasingly adopt “gender critical” “feminist” rhetoric instead of being explicitly anti-feminist

I'm continually struck by how absolutely toxic "cultural feminism" is, pushiong some biologically objective basis for cultural notions of womanhood as motherhood and nurturing. All "gender" means in their context is "whatever challenges the institution of white motherhood"
I've long disliked and distrusted cultural feminism but now I feel like I seriously underestimated how dangerous it could be. It is absolutely blossoming into to some twisted far right bullshit in some quarters of the GC movement. I never thought it could get this bad.

Right, I never saw it doing....this before. Or didn't place much stock in what I did see. But now I feel like we're only just catching a glimpse of something that hasn't shown how bad it can grow to be, yet.

I did. I saw the parallels ages ago with the Raymond/right wing partnership. TERfs/religious right alliance against IVF, RU-486, etc Phyllis Schlafly's fight against the US ERA ,...and so on

Yeah I didn't think it would end up with this overlap. Like I always knew the Nazis and GCs would use each other and team up, but I didn't realise the ideologies would merge so well

I almost got sort of sucked into “natural motherhood” when I had kids (pre-transition) and I’m not at all surprised. This has been happening for awhile.
