Detrans is short for detransitioned. A detrans woman would be someone who was afab, transitioned in a transmasculine direction and then detransitioned back to being a woman. Sometimes, but not always, detrans can be an ex-trans thing. Like a trans person trying not to be trans.
That's what it was for me. I got recruited into transphobic feminism while I was vulnerable and questioning my gender/transition and ended up detransitioning. Didn't work out and eventually I ditched my old anti-trans scene and came out as trans again.
