Plenty of radicals read theory but also these ideas are just not going to have a singular origin point because they are very close to the bare fact of trans peoples experiences and lives

I’ve been trying to get a handle on the influence Bilek has had on the movement and what I see going way back in tweets that mention Rothblatt is not much of anything until Bilek got it going

Bilek co-wrote a piece in the gender crit anthology Female Erasure, arguing that pediatric transition is transhumanist eugenics and she mentions Rothblatt and the "gender industry" etc. Book came out in 2016. Want to make sure people tracking this conspiracy theory know about it.
