Folks like you loved to use my story back when I was detrans to attack trans people and justify trying to control trans youth in particular. Transphobic parents treated me like an object and exploited my trauma and self-hatred. I can only imagine how they treated their kids.
I never intended for my story to be used that way, not even when I was transphobic myself, but it was and I have to live with the consequences of that. I will do whatever I can now to undo the damage I caused. Warning people about your group is part of that.
You promote conversion practices aimed at trans youth and let me tell you as a survivor of those practices, they don't work and they cause a lot of harm. You are encouraging parents to psychologically torture their kids to change who they are. That is hate, you're promoting hate.
You don't act like people who truly care about youth, you act like people who want to control and abuse them. Promoting anti-trans conversion practices makes you a hate group. I will oppose you and others like you however I can because I know how dangerous you are.
