WoLF has not endorsed the march but the FB page for the march is a fan of WoLF. And Parker, who as you noted now works with WoLF, interviewed Dansky about the march on her show recently. I suspect there could be WoLF involvement, they're just trying to be sneaky about it.pic.twitter.com/zjYcv08avQ

It's the same style of transphobic feminism as WoLF at the very least, same talking points, and the people organizing the march are also trying really hard to court conservatives. Big emphasis on how the march is non-partisan, "this a woman's right issue, not left or right" etc.
