As you are way more involved with the depths of the sides, I would appreciate it if you could tell me if my analysis here has any merit - briefly, I am thinking the trad and gendercrit views are genuinely converging.https://ramendik.wordpress.com/2020/06/14/the-traditional-conservative-concept-of-womens-rights/ …

I'm 50/50 rn. I'm 100% sure tho that people, esp trans and allies, are making a big mistake by not being more proactive in researching and combatting these groups. I feel like it'll take something bad for it to happen.

Yeah, I feel better safe than sorry in any case.

I'd kind of noticed this crossover, but I've only really seen it from an outside perspective, so I don't know how prevalent it is, or how to do anything useful about it. But yeah, it would be an unholy alliance and I really can't see anything good coming from it

I think that most real feminists will drop it once they realise what it actually means. It's pretty antithetical to feminism

No, sorry, that's wishful thinking. This fight already happened in the 1970s and 1980s, and the radfem/evangelical alliance basically just gained a ton of ground and only started losing when more sex-positive, trans-inclusive, and liberal-minded feminists pushed back en masse.

They always have. They did in the 70s, 80s, 90s. Just 2 sides of the same coin. They've allied together against: IVF, RU 486, sex workers, HPV vax, porn, butch lesbians, marriage equality as well as trans people.https://mobile.twitter.com/LisaTMullin/status/1090398290611322881 …
