I'm not a parent, but is this how the yoof speak these days?
If they've been hanging out in the gender crit/rad fem corners of the internet for long enough yes, yes, they do. Seriously, I have come across rad fems in their teens and early twenties who talk like this. You can find scores of them on sites like tumblr.
possibly, but it's impossible to judge with a group that is literally faceless.
True, I'm just saying there's good chance this is real. I've hung out with younger rad fems, they do organize on their own. There's whole a subculture of younger rad fems that's mostly online but some of them also organize regular in-person meet-ups.
there's also been a lot of middle aged people here trying to set up 'youth groups' though, so without more of a presence of visible young people, I'm going to maintain scepticism.
Sure, that's possible. I'm just saying there are literally hundreds of young rad fems on sites like tumblr. Anyone can find that if they look for them. The younger rad fems also tend to keep a lower profile than many older ones because they often still have friends...
...who are trans-friendly. Younger people in general are more accepting which means that those who do have gender crit views are more likely to hide them and only discuss them with other "crypto-terfs". The younger rad fem scene is a lot more underground than the older crowd.
