possibly, but it's impossible to judge with a group that is literally faceless.
True, I'm just saying there's good chance this is real. I've hung out with younger rad fems, they do organize on their own. There's whole a subculture of younger rad fems that's mostly online but some of them also organize regular in-person meet-ups.

there's also been a lot of middle aged people here trying to set up 'youth groups' though, so without more of a presence of visible young people, I'm going to maintain scepticism.

That was my experience too. The younger they are the more likely they're still just online but many are IRL too. Recently due to the pandemic it's been limited but I've seen many on all social medias, both mainstream and radfem exclusive. There's even a groupchat that I know of.

Also active Discord servers that were invite only. Those were a thing before COVID.
