I don't think there's a direct connection between gender crits/rad fems using "trans-identifed" and Christian conversion therapy. It's more likely both groups independently discovered the same methods to undermine the existense of people they want to get rid of.
Saying this because detrans rad fems figured out a whole lot of "conversion therapy" style practices on our own. There is plenty of right-wing influence on rad fem/gender crits but similarities don't alway indicate direct influence or transmission.
I wonder if/how things have differed between radfem GC, and the broadly nonfeminist GC parent group types (like transgender trend here in the UK who both have stronger ties to Christian groups and have pushed the "Tim/TIF" thing pretty hard)
I've quite self consciously focused research more on the radical right Christian groups in part because that's where the GC movement in the UK were getting their political support from and also what was decisive in the GC movement going mainstream.
