Their version of lesbian culture is set in opposition to queer/trans culture. Lesbians feminists started a grand project that got derailed by queer theory/activism and the trans movement and now they're trying to recover it and get it back on track.

Thank you for writing this! I've often thought that many in this crowd are attracted by the straightforward worldview that it offers. There are labels. There's heroes and villains There's a clear "path". Does that chime with what you experienced?

That is definitely the appeal for some people. It appealed to me for a while, particularly when I was in a period of intense change. I had just quit drugs, had moved out of a collective house due to interpersonal conflict and started detransitioning.
