You need to use Data Protection law to request a the full SWIFT MT103 by which funds were received, as well as the MT199 or MT999 (or any other communication concerning your account). If you call TD’s head office, they’ll give you contact details for the data protection officer.

Bitfinex have done a bad job at obfuscating their operational accounts. Deltec will be miltibanked and using intermediary services of offshore ‘banks’ that probably don’t even have primary [swift] clearing. The accounts being used will be shut down one by one.

They won’t have much luck using a multi-account trust structure for outward dispersals. It’s always possible to trace remitting entity & account number just by requesting a copy of the full MT103 message from the bank into which funds are remitted. AML notice then easily served.

So here's a thought: There were rumours that Bitfinex wanted to get around their banking problem by matching deposits with withdrawals and making them transfer to each other. What if somebody depositing managed to report their own deposit as fraudulent to get free bitcoins?
