We live on a farm, surrounded by farmers. As far as I know there is no hurt. So you all say it is ok for countries like China to charge us, but get our goods for almost nothing?? Come on what's fair for them is unfair to us. I am darn glad we are trying to even things out!

Walk in to Walmart and try to find a product made in America. Then look at how many made I'm China. All those products are destroying the American manufacturers. Soy Beans aren't even a fraction of the big picture.

..and yet, Chinese manufacturers you see in Walmart have no tariffs. American manufacturing jobs were crushed by technology and 3rd world wages. They are never coming back. As far as the trade deficit, we are the largest consumer nation in the world. Of course there's a deficit.

No. They won’t. Because their support for Trump has nothing to do with policy. It has to do with power, loss of status and cruelty towards people they hate. So far, Trump has kept his promises about such things. That’s why his Approval Rating has been pretty stable.
