In fairness, a lie has to be deliberate. #Trump has to know what he’s saying is untrue. But he’s clueless, has no critical thinking skills, and is 100% predisposed to believe anything - no matter how laughable - that reflects well on him. A fool, yes, but not ‘lying’ here.
