That's probably true. I think it would be an interesting debate between the center-right vaccine passport supporters (which in the US would have some support from Chamber of Commerce-style cons) and a conservative opponent of vaccine passports (civil libertarian, cultural cons).
(And, as always, I encourage people to get vaccinated, especially those who are older, obese, or have health conditions!)
