Australian / Canadian centre-rightists look liberal to Americans. Our centre-right is basically equivalent your right-leaning Democrat.
That's probably true. I think it would be an interesting debate between the center-right vaccine passport supporters (which in the US would have some support from Chamber of Commerce-style cons) and a conservative opponent of vaccine passports (civil libertarian, cultural cons).
