The model bill prioritizes transparency and prohibits public schools from violating a student's right to conscience.

This is excellent! I fully endorse this approach, which addresses most (if not all of) the concerns of many regarding both the march of CRT and the counter legislation, which I most recently wrote about in

Yes, it takes time to develop the legislation. All of this has happened very quickly and organically, but I think the Copland/Manhattan Institute approach is now the gold standard.

I still think the Montana/Arkansas way is the best, but the Copland/
