A good read. All schools need to focus on teaching kids to read, write, do math and be workplace ready! If people are intellectually honest, endless funding increases won't help. Neither will creating problems/excuses.

Yes, it takes time to develop the legislation. All of this has happened very quickly and organically, but I think the Copland/Manhattan Institute approach is now the gold standard.
