Finally, Verizon hosted activist Adrian Burrell, who openly advocated for defunding police departments and moving money to "the community." So they are teaching people who to be aware of bias and racism? Super impressed.
According to the definition, a -microinequity- is when you either "talk about a POC" or "don't talk about a POC". So.................. a micro inequity is................ every thing in the universe. 
Singling them out *or* overlooking them. So your only options are to explicitly seek the opinion of every single person every single time, or to seek the opinions of absolutely nobody at any time?
