Good gravy. Glad I left there in 2016 - from an IT space that was minority white, as are many, many IT spaces in corporate America, maybe just not the Silicon Valley Bro companies.
Yep. I'm in IT at a large health care provider, at least 75% of my direct coworkers are of Asian or East-Asian descent, many are recent immigrants. Zero problem with that, but it sure ain't a "white space."
My "limited imagination" is imagining a lawsuit against Bank of America in the near future.
