Marijuana makes some people paranoid. Combine modern ultra-high level THC with the paranoid conventional wisdom conspiracy theory about racism and that might explain some of the sizable growth in black shootings since Ferguson.

There is no considerable uptake of psychosis in other countries that have more weed usage than the USA. Besides you need to be genetically sensitive to get weed to activate psychosis and there is a limited supply of such people.
