Turns out transcribing and editing interviews is a only a monstrous pain in the ass if:
1. You don't find the ideas presented that interesting
2. The speaker has terrible rhetorical skills, and you have to edit them into eloquence
Fortunately, neither is true with @holland_tom.

I am! And they're very good. But I find one still needs to shape the text if you're going to truly make it a readable Q&A vs. just a transcript of what's fundamentally audio media. Which maybe is my real problem.

Yeah, that's the art of it, same in a film. You have to shape it and distill it. It's a delicate effort!
