I've made my rejection of CRT plain. But the notion that you can "ban" discussion of an intellectual response to issues that are very real - however flawed, however wrong - is either absurd or scary.

Judges have ruled that it is not legal to teach the empirically false non-science of creationism creationism the public schools. The racial essentialism & magical causation of CRT is empirical false non-science. Why should it be illegal to teach the first fake science ¬ both?
