“Systemic racism” is a myth, in the deepest sense of the word. It does not denote a concrete reality. It is a framework of meaning—a pernicious one.

Exactly. Some legacy racism still lingering in corners and some legacy issues still being worked through, maybe, but systemic racism in countries like the USA and Australia is an absurd and offensive concept to promote.
