Red state legislators are starting to realize this. We need to provide them with the policies to make it happen.

Policy 1: zoning & architectural reform, not even kidding. We can with one stroke take a huge chunk out of the atomization problem simply by shoving communities back together physically rather than connected only through cars + internet / social media
