To just scratch the surface: defund the universities, tax their endowments, end Ed school certification for teachers, take a good hard look at teacher trainings, & most importantly, give families leverage through universal school choice so when mom gets mad, salaries go unpaid.
Yes, the CRT bans are not enough, they are only the beginning in a larger campaign of institutional reform and decentralization. And that's why the centrist "don't pass any laws, just use the old ones" is so empty. It sees the problem, but cannot imagine the solution.
Reform, yes; decentralization, definitely yes; bans and censorship - NO!
