If it's *purely* a matter of short-term results, then legislative action will get you there fastest. But if you want to win the battle in a more durable way, without threatening 1A rights, then hearts & minds & local school board elections need to be won. (Organize & mobilize.)
All of the above. We should absolutely change school boards, but we should also use all three branches of government—legislative, executive, and judicial—to stop state-sanctioned racism in public schools. We have a system in order to use it; avoiding certain parts is foolish.

While we'll continue to respectfully disagree on the wisdom of state legislation, it's clear that these state actions have had a positive impact in bringing CRT to the attention of millions of people who would have ordinarily not been aware of it.
Would you object to calling it "Critical pedagogy". For example....CRT doesn't cover all the radical gender issues also being peddled to children. Critical pedagogy covers all of it. It's also more precise and accurate imo.
totally agree, if some of the legislation is unconstitutional, they can sue. If some is bad, you can say so which you have at times. But it is time to use all the arrows in your quiver. It's a propaganda war more than anything, and all the fighting brings the facts to light, good
